Prof. Terri-Ann Berry
Dr Terri-Ann Berry (MSc, PhD, CChem, CEnv, FRSC) is Director of the Environmental Solutions Research Centre and Professor of Environmental Engineering in the School of Construction and Engineering at Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland, New Zealand. She is an environmental engineer with significant expertise in environmental chemistry and the management of sensitive environments. Her key research interests include managing and mitigating risks associated with asbestiform minerals, such as asbestos and effective waste management for the Construction and Demolition sector. In 2021, she co-founded the Mesothelioma Support and Asbestos Awareness Trust, a non-for-profit charity, of which she is current Chair.
